Although selling real estate has changed in many ways since the late 1980's and early 1990's when I first sold real estate in the fast paced Northern Virginia market, there are many essential elements that are the same. At the heart of it, I believe that an agent should treat their clients the way the client wants to be treated...with honesty, knowledge and professionalism. I have always felt that if you are going to do a job, do it the the best of your ability. This equates to high quality service and attention to details that leaves no question in the client's mind that their real estate needs are the number one focus for me. This is what I base my real estate business upon and what is expected of all members of The Rambo Team. I understand that buying or selling your home is a HUGE life event. I have extensive experience in negotiating contracts and assessing market comparables and purchase prices. My education in Marketing comes into play when promoting homes. I have had several opportunities to work with investors that purchase and renovate distressed homes. Researching homes and managing remodeling projects are valuable experiences in which I gained understanding of the real estate market from another perspective.
